Task3000 Package of
programs consists of the:
Each of the mentioned
computer programs is used in this license agreement with the term Task3000
Program.
Task3000 Package of
programs is owned, copyrighted and licensed by group of Authors joined in
Task3000 Program Group, Slovenia, Europe. Author's license each of the enclosed program
to licensee's for their use only according to the terms and conditions set forth
below. Use of this product indicates acceptance of these terms. If you do not
agree to the terms of this license, do not use this product.
Users can use evaluation
copy to evaluate the product for the limited amount of time. Once trial period
elapses you must obtain valid licenses, which enables you use of the Task3000
Program for an indefinite period of time upon payment of the license fee or
uninstall the product(s) and all relevant support files. Task3000 Program must
not be reinstalled without obtaining valid licenses several times. This software
product is time sensitive based on usage and will not function upon expiration
of the evaluation usage.
LICENSE
Authors agree to license
(not sell), the Task3000 Program for use only under the terms of this license,
and Authors reserves any rights not expressly granted to licensees. This is a
nonexclusive license to use the enclosed computer software Task3000 Program and
is subject to all the terms and conditions of this license agreement. You own
the media on which the Task3000 Program is recorded or fixed, but Authors and
its licensors retain the ownership of the Task3000 Program itself.
ORDERING AND LICENSEE
FEE PAYMENTS
Task3000
programs can be ordered on www.task3000.com orwww.shareit.com,
where you can also download last version of the Task3000 software. Payment of
the licensee fee is always thru the secure web pages on the www.shareit.com.
Several payment methods are supported.
COPYRIGHT
The Task3000 Program and
enclosed Task3000 Documentation are protected by copyright laws and
international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat the Task3000 Program
like any other copyrighted material except that you may either (a) make one copy
of the Task3000 Program solely for backup or archival purposes, or (b) install
the Task3000 Program on a single computer provided you keep the original solely
for backup or archival purposes.
RESTRICTIONSYou may use one copy of
the Task3000 Program
on a single computer at a time. To "use" the Task3000 Program
means that the Task3000 Program is either loaded in the temporary memory
(i.e., RAM) of a computer or installed on the permanent memory of a computer
(i.e., hard disk, CD ROM, etc.). This is a single user license where only you,
the purchaser, may access the Task3000 Program. You may permanently transfer all your
rights under this License to another party provided that the original licensee
has registered the license with Authors; the entire contents of the package
including disk, manual, archival copies are included.
Limited warranty
The
software is provided as is without warranty of any kind, either expressed or
implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability
and fitness for a particular purpose. The entire risk as to the quality and
performance of the software is with you. If the software proves defective, you
(and not Authors or an authorized dealer) assume the entire cost of all
necessary servicing, repair or correction.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Neither Authors nor
anyone else who has been involved in the creation, production, or distribution
of this Program shall be liable for any direct, incidental, or consequential
damages, such as, but not limited to, loss of anticipated profits or benefits,
resulting from the use of the Program or as the result of a breach of warranty.
You acknowledge that you
have read this agreement, understand it and agree to be bound by its terms and
conditions. You further agree that it is the complete and exclusive statement of
the agreement between us, which supersedes any proposal or prior agreement, oral
or written and any other communications between us relating to the subject
matter of this agreement.
Termination
of This Agreement
This license is
effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by destroying the
Program and any related paper documents, together with all copies,
modifications, and merged portions in any form. The license also terminates if
you fail to comply with any term or condition of this license agreement. You
agree upon such termination to destroy the Program with all copies,
modifications, and merged portions in any form. Your use of this Program
indicates that you have read this customer license agreement and agree to its
terms.
SUPPORT POLICY
Authors intend to provide support to licensees who respect this license agreement. Support, however, will not be provided unless we receive valid trouble ticket (TTS) and support request via E-mail. Support is limited to the questions about installation, best usage and troubleshooting of the Task3000 Family of Products. TTS (Trouble Ticket System) can be upgraded without notification. CONTROLLING LAW
This
Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia.
OTHER LIMITATIONS
You may not reverse engineer,
decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Task3000
Programs and Documentation without written content of the authors.
You may not use Task3000 name, logos or trademarks.
